It is important to add sales@godeals.com.au to your email safe sender list or contact list. This is so you do not miss any information regarding your orders or future deals. All product prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) with GST included if applicable.

All prices on this website are subject to shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary, depending on your location and the size of the order. This will be shown to you during the checkout process. Normal rate for shipping is $7.95 Australia-wide, however some rural areas do not apply.

All goods are shipped with 5-21 business days of payment and usually take between 3-21 business days to arrive at nominated destination.

At the moment, Go Deals only delivers products to destinations within Australia. Products are delivered via Australia Post or other courier services.

If a product cannot be delivered after payment has been made we will credit your godollars account for the missing item.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Registration.
In order to make purchase and access some areas of the website you will need to become a registered member. Upon registration an account will be activated where you will need to provide a valid name, phone number, email address and a shipping address. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. You may not use other member's account without permission. You are solely responsible for activities in your account. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or you feel that your password is no longer secure you must notify Godeals. Go deals may display your user id for promotional purposes on the site.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website, arrive dammaged or doesn't perform as advertised.
